Cougar Creek's House of Horrors (formerly Potter's House of Horrors) is a premier haunted live theatre attraction located in Surrey, British Columbia. For fans of horror movies, haunted houses, and the general macabre, Cougar Creek's "HoH" is a must-see event during the month of October. Featuring two custom-built haunted houses, our little "Freak at the Creek" is sure to please all those who love a little bit of horrifying startle to their lives. Filled with live actors, high-tech animatronics and digital sounds, we're sure you'll have loads and loads of fun at our spooky event!
**Please note, Cougar Creek's House of Horrors can be very frightening and is targeted towards older teens and adults. Select weekdays and weekends have Family Hour showings which feature brighter rooms, lower volumes and no actors or animatronics. It's cheaper and still plenty of fun! For those fans of the L'il Haunters family event geared towards the wee ones, we're sorry to say it's been closed permanently due to the pandemic.
- All attendees must provide government ID and proof of at least one recent COVID vaccination as per BC Health regulations. By Oct 24th, all attendees will need proof of full vaccination. - Please show up for your allotted time period. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLY. Early arrivals may be denied entrance! (please note, allotted time slots are simply the time you will be lining up... this does not indicate what time you will enter the haunted houses. Expect lengthy waits on busy nights!!)

- No alcohol or drug use on premises
- Visibly intoxicated patrons will be denied entry with no refund
- Aggressive or unruly behaviour may result in removal from the event
- Failure to adhere to the rules of the event may result in removal from the event without refund
- This is a NON-SMOKING event. Please DO NOT smoke on the property
- Children 12 & under must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older
