Welcome to Xmas of Chaos where the holiday cheer has been replaced with holiday fear! Cougar Creek's House of Horrors has converted their terrifying haunted houses into a spectacular seasonal event for the festive season. Actors, animatronics, digital sounds.. all themed out for Christmas and mixed with elements of horror. Psycho Santa Claus, rabid reindeer and evil elves abound in an enjoyably twisted take on Christmas. Scary, merry fun in December!

Restrictions

Medical masks and QR code proof of full vaccination with government issued photo ID are mandatory for this event.
Tickets must be used for the time slot and date they are purchased.
Please show up for your allotted time slot. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLY. Early arrivals may be denied entrance. Note, allotted time slots are simply the time you will be lining up. This does not indicate what time you will enter the haunted houses. Lengthy waits of up to two hours may occur on busy nights.
Tickets are non-refundable.
No touching actors, props or sets.
No alcohol or drug use on premises.
Visibly intoxicated patrons will be denied entry with no refund.
Aggressive or unruly behaviour may result in removal from the event with no refund.
Willful destruction of decorations or sets will result in removal from the event with no refund.
Failure to adhere to the rules of the event may result in removal from the event without refund.
This is a NON-SMOKING event. Please DO NOT smoke or vape on the property.
This event is recommended for those aged 14 and up.
Children 12 & under must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older.
